MovieMaker, issue Christopher Nolan has mixed emotions that he completed his final "Batman" film editing after saying goodbye to his performers just before Christmas."Shooting on the highly anticipated "The Dark Knight Rises" is complete, and now Nolan is in post-production ready following its release of the summer.
And he admits that his Christmas was tinged with sadness he has done there is good friends with that would never get the chance to work together again.
He tells the Los Angeles Times, "it was very emotional that we have complete figures and say goodbye to Alfred (Michael Caine) for the last time and say goodbye to Commissioner Gordon (Gary Oldman) and subsequently with Christian (Bale), quite close to the end.".
"Farewell to Batman...". It was a big problem. And with these new characters too, ending with Anne Hathaway, who plays the Catwoman and all these guys. It was very affecting, I must say.
